1. Eligibility.

To register as a member of ratnasindhuvivaah.com or use this Site, you must be legally competent and of legal marriageable age as per the laws of India (currently, 18 years or over for females and 21 years or over for males). To become a member the rights of admission is reserved only for :

1. Indian Nationals & Citizens.
2. Persons of Indian Origin .
3. Non Resident Indians (NRI).
4. Persons of Indian Descent or Indian Heritage.
5. Persons who intend to marry persons of Indian Origin.

If you have applied for Divorce, you may register on our website/App by stating "Awaiting Divorce".

If you are a resident of any other Country, you are legally competent to marry as per the local rules applicable to your country and you shall comply with the Indian laws for marrying a person of Indian Origin.

In case you are a Registrant of the prospective bride/ bridegroom and has created profile in Website/App on behalf of them or is accessing the Website/App on behalf of them implies that you have taken their consent for their profile creation and for accessing the ratnasindhuvivaah Website/App.

You further confirm that, you intent to seek a life partner and that you shall not use this site for casual dating. You also agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If at any time ratnasindhuvivaah.com is of the opinion (in its sole discretion) or has any reason to believe that you are not eligible to become a member or that you have made any misrepresentation, or acted in violation to this Terms of Use, ratnasindhuvivaah.com reserves the right to forthwith terminate your membership and / or your right to use the Service without any refund to you of any of your unutilized subscription fee.

2. Account Security

The member shall keep their username and password safe and shall not share the same with any third persons. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password you designate during the registration process, and you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your username and password and will not be liable for any loss or damage for his/ her failure to maintain the security of the account and password. You agree to immediately notify us of any disclosure or unauthorized use of your username or password or any other breach of security, and ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session.

3. Term & Termination.

This Agreement will be effective, valid and subsisting as long as you use our Site.

The member shall not use the services provided by ratnasindhuvivaah.com for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor shall he / she, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by writing to ratnasindhuvivaah.com In the event you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unutilized subscription fees, if any, paid by you..

If ratnasindhuvivaah.com terminates your membership for breach of terms of this agreement, you will be not entitled to a refund of any subscription fees, if any, paid by you.

The member agrees and acknowledges that he is aware with the policy of ratnasindhuvivaah.com that multiple profiles of the same person on the website. ratnasindhuvivaah.com reserves its rights to deactivate/block such additional profiles without any notice and refund of fees.

The member acknowledges that in no case, ratnasindhuvivaah shall be held responsible for any misrepresentation made by its other members.

Any person if disagrees, with any of the terms and conditions mentioned herein, shall not access and use this website.

The members shall take due care and precaution while relying on the information provided by the members of ratnasindhuvivaah and before shortlisting the liked profiles. The member shall satisfy himself through due diligence, adequate efforts before making a choice of match.

The member agrees and acknowledges that ratnasindhuvivaah has not done any verification before uploading the information provided by its other members and the member is expected to verify the contents and credentials of the prospects like family background, annual income, degree, educational background, character, occupation, health status, marital status, location etc.

The member agrees and acknowledges that they shall provide their latest photograph for better results and the purpose of registration with ratnasindhu is to find matrimonial prospect only and nothing else.

The member agrees and acknowledges that every member, after marriage is fixed, shall inform about the same to ratnasindhuvivaah by way of visiting or by sending a letter or email.

The member agrees and acknowledges that after completion of the period of one year of membership the profile of the member will be deleted (unless the member chooses to renew) or after marriage of that member is fixed, whichever is earlier.

Registration of duplicate profiles of the same person is not allowed. ratnasindhu shall have full right to suspend or terminate (without any notice) such duplicate profile

The member agrees and acknowledges that the member shall try to find marriage proposal for the registered member only. In case any discrepancy found, ratnasindhu shall take any action including terminating the membership of such member, with immediate effect.

ratnasindhu also reserves the right to block the registration of your profile on Website/App, if any, in the case of your contact details/links being entered in irrelevant fields.

4. Non- Commercial Use by Members

The member agrees and acknowledges that the website shall be used only for non-commercial use. Organization, Companies, and/or businesses cannot become member of ratnasindhuvivaah.com and should not use the ratnasindhuvivaah.com service or site for any purpose. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the site , including unauthorized framing of or linking to the site will be investigated and appropriate legal action will be taken including without limitation, civil, criminal and injunctive redress.

5. Others Terms of Use by Members

ratnasindhuvivaah.com reserves the right in it's sole discretion to review the activity & status of each account & block the account of a member based on such review.

You hereby confirm that as on date of this registration, you do not have any objection to receiving emails, messages and calls from ratnasindhuvivaah.com and members of ratnasindhuvivaah.com as long as you are a registered member of ratnasindhuvivaah.com This consent shall supersede any preferences set by you with or registration done with the Do Not Disturb (DND Register)/ National Customer Preference Register (NCPR). This consent extends to emails, messages or calls relating but not limited to phone number verification, the provision of matchmaking advertising service, matchmaking enquiries and promotions.

Multiple profiles of the same person are not allowed on ratnasindhuvivaah.com reserves the right to deactivate all multiple profiles without any refund of subscription fees.

Except for the purpose of promoting/advertising your profile for matchmaking purposes, you cannot engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other Members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk email to other ratnasindhuvivaah.com Members. Although ratnasindhuvivaah.com cannot monitor the conduct of its Members off the ratnasindhuvivaah.com Site, it is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from other members in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any Member without their prior explicit consent.

In order to protect ratnasindhuvivaah.com and/or our Members from any abuse / misuse, ratnasindhuvivaah.com reserves the right to take appropriate steps as it deems appropriate in its sole discretion in order to protect interest of other Members.

ratnasindhuvivaah.com reserves the right to screen communications/advertisements that you may send to other Member(s) and also regulate the same by deleting unwarranted/obscene communications/advertisements at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice to any Member.

6. Content Posted on Site:

You understand and agree that ratnasindhuvivaah.com may delete any listing, content, communication, photos or profiles (collectively, "Content") that in the sole judgment of ratnasindhuvivaah.com violate this Agreement or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of either ratnasindhuvivaah.com and/or its Members.

With respect to Content you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of the Site including but not limited to your contact details, you hereby unconditionally and irrevocably grant to ratnasindhuvivaah.com the license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform and publicly display such Content on the Site.

You shall use the Services only to market and promote your profile and to reach out to other Members for the purpose of searching relevant matches. You understand and hereby agree that all information, data, text, photographs, graphics, communications, tags, or other Content whether publicly posted or privately transmitted. 3. Promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files;
4. Contains restricted or password only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page) ;
5. Displays pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind;
6. Provides material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18;
7. Provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;

8. Copyright Policy

Without limiting the foregoing, if you believe that your work has been copied and posted on the ratnasindhuvivaah.com service in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the following information:

The customer agrees and acknowledges that he/ she, in no case, shall hold ratnasindhuvivaah.com responsible, for any dispute that has arisen, with other member/s.

The customer agrees and acknowledges that he is solely responsible for the acts and communications, done by him on the website.

The customer agrees and acknowledges that ratnasindhuvivaah.com are not acting as broker of any of the customer (prospect, match etc.) You are solely responsible for your advertisement/communications with other ratnasindhuvivaah.com Members. ratnasindhuvivaah.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members. ratnasindhuvivaah.com also reserves the right to take appropriate action against errant members. However, ratnasindhuvivaah.com is not obliged to share such action with other members, including complainants. ratnasindhuvivaah.com expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any transactions or interactions between the members inter-se.

10. Disclaimers

1. ratnasindhuvivaah.com is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate Content/listing posted on the Site or in connection with the ratnasindhuvivaah.com Service, whether caused by Users, Members or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Service, nor for the conduct of any User and/or Member of the ratnasindhuvivaah.com Service whether online or offline.
2. ratnasindhuvivaah.com assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, User and/or Member communications or any communications by ratnasindhuvivaah.com to its Members.
3. ratnasindhuvivaah.com is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to Users and/or Members or to any other person's computer related to or resulting and/or in connection with the ratnasindhuvivaah.com Service.
4. 6. You understand that ratnasindhuvivaah.com makes no guarantees, either express or implied, regarding compatibility with individuals you meet through the Service.

All liability, whether civil or criminal arising out of any Content that is Posted on the Site will be of that Member / user / third party who has Posted such Content and ratnasindhuvivaah.com reserves its right to claim damages from such Member/ user / third party that it may suffer as a result of such Content Posted on the Site. ratnasindhuvivaah.com does not claim ownership of Content you submit or make available for inclusion on the Service.

11. Limitation on Liability.
